Registration

You may register your child for classes or obtain a Dual Release of Liability Waiver to complete ahead of time if your child is planning on attending an event at Flipz Gymnastics in the near future.

To Register for classes:  Print, complete and mail copies of the Registration Form, Dual Release of Liability Waiver and a check for the appropriate portion of your child's annual registration fee to Flipz Gymnastics, 134D Hall Street, Concord, NH  03301

Annual registration fee:
$35.00 annually per child joining classes in September, October or November.
$25.00 when joining in December, January or February
$20.00 when joining in March or April
$15.00 when joining in May or June.
