The Flipz competitive program consists of both compulsory and optional gymnasts.
The team groups are broken out into the following:

New Level 4's - gymnast preparing to compete at Level 4

Compulsory Levels 4, 5 and 6

Optional Levels 7, 8, 9 and 10

Pre-Op Levels Intermediate and Advanced

Call for information concerning workout schedules and team fees.
